Thank you for shopping at Rightstyle Furniture
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases from Rightstyle Furniture.
However, should you wish to return an item bought from us either in-store or online, the following procedures and regulations will apply.
Please note that items delivered in error, damaged or are faulty, have their own returns policy detailed below.

Force Majeure
Rightstyle Furniture shall be relieved of all or any of its obligations under the contract to the extent that performance of such obligations is prevented, frustrated, impeded, or delayed in consequence of any statute regulation or order of any government or other authority of any strike, lock-out or trade dispute (whether involving the company’s employees or those of other parties) or any other cause whether or not of a like or similar nature beyond the company’s control.
Online Purchases
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (‘the CRA’) If you buy an item from us online, you may return the item, cancel the contract prior to delivery or cancel the contract within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Section 113(4) of the CRA provides that in the case of sales contracts, the cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. Section 118(4) of the CRA also provides that the consumer shall send back or hand over the goods no later than 14 days, from the day on which they have informed the trader of their decision to cancel.
Note: We do not accept a customer's change of mind after opening the goods and return of damaged products during the 14-days cooling off period.
Special order, made to measure or bespoke items may be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below).
You will, however, manage any postage/courier charges to return the item. This includes large furniture items the Rightstyle Home Delivery Service Team delivered to you.
Please ensure to use proper packaging as only items that reach us in perfect condition will are as returns. Once the item is returned our customer service personnel will review it and once approved, your account will be credited. Please allow 28 days for refunds to your account.
Any disputes in relation to a return will be handled through the EU ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Service.
In-Store Purchases
We are happy to accept items as returns when bought in-store within 14 days of purchase date provided the returned goods are in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged. Certain items such as rugs, mirrors, accessories, and pictures must be returned within 48 hours. Made to measure or bespoke items may only be returned in exceptional circumstances (please see below). Should we accept your returned item we will issue you with a credit note. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds
Consumer Right to Cancel:
Section 117(1) of the CRA provides that the trader shall reimburse all payments received from a consumer who exercises the right to cancel a distance contract. Furthermore, Section 112(1) of the CRA provides that the consumer may, at any time prior to the expiry of the cancellation period(14-days), cancel a distance contract without giving any reason for the cancellation. Sale items/ clearance items/ end of line items are not exempt from this provision.
We also suggest the customer to use our model cancellation form (The customer can cancel an order only during the 14-day cooling off period) as required under the CRA where the Right to Cancel applies, set out in Part 2 of Schedule 4. Section 106(1)(b) of the CRA provides that before a consumer is bound by a distance contract or any corresponding offer, we shall also look into the customer order cancellation and the returned goods condition and contact the customer regarding their order cancellation.

If a refund has been issued to you from our customer service and you have not received it yet, first check your bank account again. If the refund is not in your transactions, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is completed. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@rightstyle.ie
End of Line Sale items – Sold as Seen
Unfortunately end of line sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or hold warranty as they are hugely discounted as they are ‘Sold As Seen’.

Special Order/Made to Measure/Bespoke Items
In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to accept the return of a special order/made to measure or bespoke item.
For orders of special order/made to measure or bespoke items ordered in-store a 20% deposit is needed to secure that order. Should we agree to accept the cancellation of your order we reserve the right to keep your deposit.
For online sales of special order/made to measure items or bespoke items, that we agree to accept as a return, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the value you paid to buy the item.
Please ensure to measure the room and access points to your room prior to ordering furniture. All items we sell online include dimensions; however, they are for guidance only.
If you are returning large furniture items the Rightstyle Home Delivery Team delivered to you, which we have agreed to accept as a returned item, you have the choice of using your own method of delivery to return the item(s) to us or our Rightstyle Home Delivery Service personnel will collect the item/s you wish to return. Our fee for this service will be €39, €49 or €99 based on your delivery area - ROI Area 1, ROI Area 2 and ROI Area 3. Please see Area costs below.

Faulty or Defective Goods
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department at once. We will ensure to remedy the situation for you as soon as possible.
